It have been past several months since I've posted something new in Kusi Llaqta blog. Madi and I were working to bring you new recipes the whole year.This season we are coming with surprises and more than palatable dishes.

Madi and I start the season with Christmass spirit. Enjoy our cosy and comfortable place :)

Kusi Llaqta has moved!!!

Hi dear customers! I had a very hectic week, I've moved my restaurant to a new town which means that I'm starting the business again. But there's no reason to feel sad, however, Arnold, my loyal waiter, has come with me and I'm very excited to live the past missions and upgrades again enjoying them together once more. So, I've got the proud to show you the new Kusi Llaqta Fusion, in a new town, a new look, new dishes but the same cosiness and friendly service. Bon appetite!!

Today's Valentine menu

Hi, in order to achieve the 'Love and tarts' goals, I'm collecting some asparagus, flour and mozzarella cheese from my own stalls and my neighbours'.  Well, today's menu is the loveliest of the year. This day comes with some scrumptious and full of love dishes such as 'Amorous Asparagus Cheese tarts' and 'Couples vegetarian karma' both are our Specialty of the house. Now, I have to be back to the kitchen. See you later!!!!

Another different day!

Hello, It seems to be a sunny day in the ChefVille. I've just opened Kusi Llaqta Fusion (KLF) and I'm ready to get ingredients from my neighbour's restaurants to prepare recipes and ingredients such as Waldorf salad, mayonnaise, dough, sushi and some sandwiches. This day has begun at KLF by serving Mornin' French toasts, Pretzels, Stay-at-the Waldorf salad, Stir Fry vegetables and Cosy Chicken noodle soup for the soup lovers :D
