She is the Kusi Llaqta soul and my support, she's always helping me with her fresh and innovative ideas. We met as students at Le Cordon Rouge and we're best friends since then. On August 2009, she visited my country and we did a journey to some charming places. One of them was Moraytambo. There, we stayed at a eco-friendly lodge where we tried local dishes that she loved. She really like the concept of the lodge and proposed to open a restaurant together.
